Dr. Mc Elroy has a broad profile of industry, educational, and legal credentials.  His doctorate degree specialized in industrial safety engineering and industrial loss control. His professional consulting practice includes: technology, transportation, energy, manufacturing and legal areas.  A hands-on career of mechanical analysis and engineering solutions, combined with advanced technology patent-design-build, has given Robert unique insights into the economically viable methodology and technology of controlled environment horticulture.  His industry insights and guidance has provided the WELLFresh business plan with a broad-based foundation associated with efficient grow-system technology and business practices.

James A. Mc Elroy, Jr., Chairman/Chief Administrative Officer

Following a legacy of four generations of contacting, with specialty in water and electricity, Mr. McElroy brings over 35 years of project development and management to the company. James and Robert McElroy combined their efforts in 2009 to further research the potentials of “off-grid” privately-owned and operated utility systems. WELLFresh was conceptualized and founded as a promising component of the McElroy “Pipe and Power” development effort.  Mr. McElroy has co-founded and produced two global consumer brands.
